Satsuma? a few months ago, but I think it's neat that you like to try out ethnic foods on your family too. ;) I love Indian and Middle Eastern food, and want to explore some Tagalog and Slavic dishes in the near future. Among other things, once I served cold, canned, spicy Spanish octopus. I think I'll try this recipie out sometime when it's my turn to cook.
