After the Weddings...

It was, truly, the most beautiful weekend I have ever experienced in my entire life. Such an abundance of answer prayers, happy tears, and special moments. I can't even tell you what an amazing time it was for our family.

There are many pictures + reflections to be shared, in the upcoming days! But for now we are returning/sorting the last remnants of the happy days, cleaning house, canning garden produce, and packing/preparing sessions for our family camp which starts this Sunday.

The boys and their wives (WIVES!!) are scattered throughout Colorado, Wisconsin, + Nova Scotia, respectively, and, we assume, are having the time of their lives. =) We miss them but couldn't possibly be happier!

GOD IS SO GOOD!!

  2. Hope the couples have a wonderful time on their honeymoons!! We got to watch both weddings and it was such a blessing to see them centered around God! They were the highlight of our weekend and that was our first time to see a double wedding done and it was really interesting. Josh's impatience to get things over with was hilarious! :) Looking forward to seeing all the pictures!
    Love you guys! -Sarah

    1. How did Joshua show his impatience? I can't recall what you're talking about...

    2. It was when it was Josh and Cassidy turn to say their vows (they had been waiting all the time that Carson and Carolina were saying theirs); and the preacher asked the crowd if they thought Josh and Cassidy were ready, and then Josh made a hurry-up motion with his hand and the preacher started speaking really slow on purpose, and everybody laughed. :)

  4. Praying for their safety. I do NOT believe it's been a whole week! Thank you so much for livestreaming it. That was a blessing. We were able to be there even though we weren't really there.

    God bless. Love, Rebecca
