Ladies Vintage Tea

What little girl doesn't like to play dress-up?  In truth, deep down inside, we women enjoy the opportunity, as well.:)  God created women to revel in their femininity and celebrate all He made them to be.
We were thrilled to be home for a special ladies' event our church did a few weeks ago.
Without further ado, I present to you:
a Ladies Vintage Tea
{table loveliness}
{vintage decorations}
{welcome}
{drink table preparations}
{cold ginger peach tea}
{smiles with friends}
{beautiful women}
{darling baby dressed in frills}
{food table bedecked with a feast for the eyes and mouth}
{a barn full of ladies}
{suppertime smiles}
{poses at the photo booth}
{ornery mother/daughter moment}
{sisters}
{all dressed up}
{photo booth fun}
{florals in mason jars with burlap and lace}
.............................................
"Who can find a virtuous woman?  For her price is far above rubies.
She maketh herself coverings  of tapestry; her clothing is silk and purple.
Strength and honor are her clothing; and she shall rejoice in time to come.
She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness.
Favor is deceitful and beautify is vain: but a woman that feareth the Lord, she shall be praised."
(Proverbs 31:1, 22, 25, 26, & 30)

  2. Oh, what a lovely time you must have had! Alli, your dress is lovely! Not many could pull off that bright yellow shade, but you sure did. :) I love the beautiful feminine frills and fancy within these photos. God did such a good thing when He chose to create both men and women in such distinct ways. Both femininity and masculinity should be delighted in for the gifts that they are... just like you did with the ladies from your church. :)
